To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us at once if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue quickly and make it right by providing a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (once the return is accepted) and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
